What will you do?

You coordinate and optimize production processes and foster a culture of responsibility and open communication. You manage the business office, team leaders and assistants and play a key role in the growth of our production environment. You also coach middle management and ensure professional and efficient working methods.

What do you bring?

You have a college work and thinking level with a background in business administration or a similar field. Experience with production processes and methodologies is essential. You feel at home in an environment where cooperation and trust are key.
