Powder coating (also known as powder coating) is an electrostatic process in which a spray gun is used to apply powder to the material. During oven curing, the heat causes the powder particles to first liquefy, then viscous, and finally harden into a beautiful, durable coating. The final layer thickness is approximately 70-120 um.
Prior to the coating process, the products are stripped of contaminants – during an intensive process of cleaning and rinsing. This makes the product grease-free and contamination-free. In addition, the corrosion resistance of the product is improved through iron phosphating. This process also improves the adhesion of the powder coating.
